You will receive a 6 digit PIN and Application Number on your "registered mobile" after submission of Registration Form and on payment of the relevant fees
Please Sign up using the Application Number and the 6 digit PIN
The application can be filled only for the student for whom you have paid the Application Form fee.
Please fill all the fields. Please mark "NA" wherever you want to leave a blank. No field can be left empty
Photograph size for uploading should be less than 200 kb with alphabetic filename only.
On completion of form, please press SUBMIT TO SCHOOL. You can retain a copy by taking a printout and retaining it for your records.
